Preparation of the visits is managed through the hosting UWB unit in consultation with the International Relations Officer.

Employees of UWB units who invite the delegation to visit the University of West Bohemia may contact the International Relations Officer for advice on matters of protocol, logistics and security. 

International visitors are asked to inform the contact person at the hosting UWB unit about details of their planned visit to the University of West Bohemia: 

• Name of the home institution
• Country
• Main aim of the visit to the University of West Bohemia and topics that should be discussed 
• Planned day of arrival to the University of West Bohemia and planned hours of the meeting with UWB representatives
• First and last names and functions of all members of the delegation 
• Contact to the delegation representative: first and last name, email, phone number.
